1. תחולה והגדרות
מדיניות זו חלה על אתר champions-taxi.co.il, האפליקציות שלנו, המוקד הטלפוני, וכל ערוצי התקשורת (WhatsApp, SMS, דוא"ל). "החברה" – מוניות האלופים. "משתמש" – כל מי שנכנס, משתמש או יוצר קשר עם השירותים שלנו.
2. עקרונות כלליים
החברה מחויבת לפעול בהתאם לחוקי מדינת ישראל ולסטנדרטים בינלאומיים (GDPR, CCPA, חוקים אזוריים עדכניים נכון לספטמבר 2025). עם זאת, החברה אינה מתחייבת למעלה מן הנדרש בחוק.
3. מידע שנאסף
פרטי הזמנה: שם מלא, טלפון, דוא"ל, כתובת איסוף/יעד, מספר טיסה, מספר נוסעים, מטען, הערות.
מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, מערכת הפעלה, שפה, מזהי מכשיר, לוגים.
מידע שימוש: דפים בהם ביקרת, משך השהייה, פעולות באתר/אפליקציה.
הבהרה: אין איסוף של פרטי אשראי באתר. תשלום מתבצע ישירות מול נהג או ספק חיצוני.
4. בסיסים משפטיים
קיום חוזה – מתן השירות בפועל.
חובה חוקית – שמירת מסמכים וציות לרשויות.
אינטרס לגיטימי – אבטחת מידע, שיפור שירות, בקרה.
הסכמה – שימוש בעוגיות לא הכרחיות, ככל שנדרש בדין.
5. שימוש במידע
המידע עשוי לשמש לצורכי מתן השירות, ניהול הזמנות, שליחת הודעות תפעוליות, תמיכה, שיפור השירות, אבטחה, טיפול בפניות וציות לחוק.
6. שיתוף עם צדדים שלישיים
ייתכן ונשתף מידע עם ספקי שירות כגון: Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta/Facebook (Pixel), Twilio/WhatsApp (הודעות), ספקי אחסון ותחזוקה. כל ספק צד ג' אחראי למדיניותו, והחברה אינה נושאת באחריות מעבר לנדרש בחוק.
7. העברות בינלאומיות
ייתכן שמידע יעובד מחוץ לישראל. כאשר נדרש, נעשה שימוש במנגנוני העברה מוכרים (SCCs או שווה ערך) בהתאם לחוקי ספטמבר 2025.
8. Cookies
החברה משתמשת בעוגיות להפעלה, אבטחה, ניתוח ושיווק. המשתמש יכול לחסום/למחוק עוגיות בדפדפן. חסימה עשויה להשפיע על חוויית השימוש, והחברה אינה אחראית לכך.
9. שמירת מידע
החברה רשאית לשמור מידע לפרק זמן הנדרש לתפעול ולציות. לאחר מכן ייתכן שהמידע יימחק או יהפוך לאנונימי, לפי שיקול דעתה ובהתאם לחוק.
10. אבטחת מידע
החברה נוקטת באמצעים סבירים ומקובלים להגנה, אך אינה מתחייבת להגנה מוחלטת. אין אחריות לנזקים עקיפים, אובדן נתונים או אירועים מחוץ לשליטת החברה.
11. הפרות אבטחה
במקרה של אירוע אבטחה חמור, החברה תפעל בהתאם לדין – לרבות דיווח לרשויות ולמשתמשים, במידת הצורך ובהתאם לנסיבות.
12. זכויות משתמש
המשתמש רשאי לפנות לחברה לעיון, תיקון או מחיקה של מידע אישי, בכפוף לזיהוי מתאים ולדרישות החוק. בקשות ייענו במסגרת הזמנים הקבועים בחוק (לרוב עד 30 ימים).
13. קטינים
השירות אינו מיועד לקטינים מתחת לגיל 18. אם נאסף מידע מקטינים – החברה תפעל למחיקתו בהתאם לחוק וליכולותיה.
14. קישורים חיצוניים
האתר עשוי להכיל קישורים חיצוניים. החברה אינה אחראית למדיניות הפרטיות של צדדים אלו.
15. אחריות מוגבלת
החברה לא תישא בכל אחריות לנזקים עקיפים, אובדן רווחים, נתונים או מידע, אלא אם הדבר מחויב במפורש לפי דין שאינו ניתן להתניה.
16. שינויים במדיניות
החברה רשאית לעדכן מסמך זה מעת לעת. פרסום באתר יהווה הודעה מספקת לכלל המשתמשים.
17. דין ושיפוט
מדיניות זו כפופה לדיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט בעיר רחובות.

This policy applies to champions-taxi.co.il, our apps, call center, and all communication channels (WhatsApp, SMS, email). "Company" – Champions Taxi. "User" – any person accessing or using our services.
2. General Principles
The Company complies with Israeli law and international standards (GDPR, CCPA, and other laws effective September 2025). The Company does not commit beyond what is legally required.
Data may be used for providing services, managing bookings, sending operational messages, support, service improvement, security, and legal compliance.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
Data may be shared with providers such as Google (Analytics/Ads), Meta/Facebook (Pixel), Twilio/WhatsApp (messaging), and hosting services. Each provider is responsible for its own practices, and the Company is not liable beyond legal obligations.

Data may be processed outside Israel. When required, recognized mechanisms (SCCs or equivalent) will be used, in line with laws effective September 2025.
8. Cookies
Cookies may be used for operation, security, analytics, and advertising. Users can block or delete cookies in their browser. Blocking may affect functionality, and the Company is not responsible.
9. Retention
The Company may retain data for as long as needed for operations and compliance. Thereafter, data may be deleted or anonymized at the Company’s discretion and as required by law.

The Company applies reasonable, industry-standard measures but does not guarantee absolute protection. Liability is limited to what is required by law.
11. Security Incidents
In case of a serious breach, the Company will act in accordance with applicable law, including notifications where legally required.
